CYO & Scouting
Sports provide St. Ambrose's young people and their families the opportunity to pursue authentic teamwork, competition and fair play.
The JCYO Sports Program provides a competitive basketball and trackprogram for Catholic youth between 4th and 8th grades. Similar to other sports programs except this provides an environment where sportsmanship and prayer are more important than winning. The cost of the program varies depending what sport you are in. The program is completely run by volunteers. All volunteers MUST BE compliant with the Child Protection Program of the Arlington Diocese to work with youth.

Cub Scouting is designed to serve the same basic purposes as the Boy Scouts of America: training in citizenship; providing for growth of moral strength and character; and enhancing the physical, mental, and emotional fitness of each member. St. Ambrose Pack strives to teach each member to live by the Cub Scout motto: Do Your Best.
